You may request a Duplicate Registration online if your registration has been lost, destroyed, altered, or mutilated. You must be the current registered owner to apply for a Duplicate Registration. Duplicate Registrations will be mailed to the last address on file within 7 to 10 business days. To send the Duplicate Registration to another address please provide the last 4 digits of the registration owner's SSN or their MVA PIN.
