You may request a Substitute Sticker online if your Substitute Sticker has been lost, destroyed, altered, mutilated or stolen. You must be the current registered owner to apply for a Substitute Sticker. Substitute Stickers will be mailed to the last address on file within 7 to 10 business days. To send the Substitute Sticker to another address please provide the last 4 digits of the registration owner's SSN or their MVA PIN.
